From what I hear Mr. Nagaou has dissappeared with Millions - In fact he owed the state of Colorado over $2 Million dollars in fines when we found out about his possible going ons. His buddy in CA owed the state $8 Million nobody has seen him or his buddies in a long while? But I will leave that to others currently working on that issue.

and I get one gee where is the fairness in that? In fact you have used that
fact and the fact I was in debt up to my ears like anyone else to try and
scare off people for years. You thought I was going to run like a scared
rabbit did you? Like I did something wrong - Nope still here..I did not do
anything wrong but just try and pick the peices you all left me with In fact
you owe me money for all the damage you and your co-horts lies have caused.
So as far as I am concerned we are even.

Between you, Mark Nagoau, and the other characters you guys have managed to make life interesting to say the least. But the problem is all things in life are 50/50 in responsiblity, your as much responsible for your actions as I am for mine. I have no beef with Scott or Ellie they were caught up in the vacum you and your co-horts created over the past couple of years. Nor have I bothered you. Your the one that keeps calling me and emailing everyone? Every time I was getting back on my feet you would come along and try and trash it and I would have to pick up the peices again. I guess in alot of ways you have destroyed alot of any hopes of me ever doing thing worth while in life. But again I guess that is depended on what your perspective of life is?

And what was with the statement that you were proud of Jaimie for getting honor roll last year and that you saw it on the web site at school. She is a minor and I think that was kind of creepy you were looking at her schools web site?

So what did you do with the water park plans? Did it ever get built? I would love to find out what you have done since you came in and tried to bully me around with that idea and the others I was working on when your wife and I got together. = One question I had is why did you cancel the House of Blues project you could of made a few thousand dollars or more totally offsetting any expenses you may of had? or did you do it after you tried to push me out and I left? Or how about the time you told people that Lori had slept with someone to raise $20,000.00 - You thought that was really funny if I remember correctly. I can not count the lies you have told.

To bad you spend more time bad mouthing me and chasing me trying to destroy any attempt for me to rebuild my life than pursuing your own ideas or dreams. You can continue to go around and trash me like I said, however you won’t own my ideas or my right to live. I am going to be here for many years so get used to it.

On a final note: If there is a legimate bill owe by me personally, then here
the two options available by anyone who claims such.

1. = Go court file a suit and we will come to court and settle it in a
civilized manner.

2. - Go on trashing me and no one even if the debt is legimate will ever get
a dime back and I will refer the complaints to you as to why they can not be paid to you since you are the one or at least seems like the one who has caused us to lose the income needed to pay the bills and rebuild our lives.
If it is someone else we will then refer them to them if we find out who it
is.

Richard Radcliffe -

I met Richard Radcliffe in March, 2001.. The project consisted of an e-mail database of 14 million names. At that time, he had preliminary drawings for combination resort and production studio. We invested and signed a business agreement. In May of 2001, Richard approached me, showed me spreadsheets indicating that he could afford to give me $1000 a week minimum. I quit an 18-year career at to help run the firm…….
Within one week, I found that we were not incorporated, as Richard had said. I then was denied access to the spreadsheets that were shown to me, and have never seen them since. Richard also stated that he had a server at Agiliti worth $350,000. After speaking to Mark Payne, the CFO of Agiliti, I found that this never existed.

Within two weeks, I found that the database did not contain any valuable names, and was not worth the millions of dollars that he claimed as an asset. At this time, Richard claimed to have cancer. I personally gave him in excess of $1500. I also gave Richard $300 for his daughter to get to college, that I found Lori used for a plane ticket.

The last time I have heard from or seen Richard and Lori was when I gave each $20 to go to Nauvoo, Ill.

Regarding the $70,000, I can find business records for $26,000. The other $44,000 was used for personal expenses, such as $5,000 for a car, $10,000 for a downpayment (later lost) on a house, and to pay back past debts incurred here in Minnesota, to Richard Fairbanks and James Seilbach.

I have documentation that Richard misused my wife’s personal credit card. She authorized him to use it for approximately $1500 for a business trip to California. He used it for the trip as intended, but then, without authorization, he rented a car for an associate in California, Brian Dean. An additional $7500 was charged to the account without permission.

BUISNESS LIES: I have proof, including documentation, names and phone numbers, for each instance:

No viable database or mailing list existed.
Richard locked me out of the accounting software.
Richard signed a statement acknowledging his theft and stating repentance.
Richard, since signing that document has continued his fraud, involving other people.
Richard stated that he had cancer to me and to business associates at Agiliti. He requested money for treatment from the person at Agiliti. There is no evidence that he has cancer, and all his medical needs are covered by the Veteran’s Administration at little or no cost to him.
After asking Richard for documents from vendors and amounts owed, Richard promised to produce them, and never did. (Verbal reaction from Richard always was “Everything is fine, there is a mistake in the interpretation of the contract.”
Due to Richard surrounding himself with honest people, he was able to defraud the following companies:

HISTORY: Since Richard defrauded me, I have investigated his background, and found numerous immoral and illegal activities.

Richard and Lori Radcliffe declared bankruptcy in Sandy Utah in 1992. When we asked, Richard stated that he had never declared bankruptcy.

When Richard first arrived in Minnesota, it was to fulfill a contract with a company called Media 98, which had paid him a retainer and additional funds totaling approximately $60,000. He never fulfilled that contract, causing Media 98 to go out of business.

After being told by Cunningham Group to cease and desist using their architectural drawings, I have found that Richard has presented these drawings to potential investors as recently as October 8, 2001.
