Regarding Mr. Richard Radcliffe of ANSAT Communications Inc. D/B/A C4 Game Club/C4 Life Plus D/B/A Starkey network-snk motion pictures
This section is cut from a post by Magill.

My Company had been working with Mr. Radcliffe’s and over the past 2 years We have recently become more aware of the many contradictions and inconsistencies in the assertions Richard Radcliffe made, promises offered, associations and sponsorships claimed, and services and products undelivered, all the while he assured us that he was genuine and that C4 Affiliates could trust him as the head of ANSAT Communications Inc. D/B/A C4 Game Club and in the direction it would be led.

He is a consummate, habitual fraud, as indicated by the contents of his criminal records from Osceola County, Florida. You can view them yourself, Please see: http://www.osceolaclerkcourt.org/ click on the “Press Here to start your search” button, then click on “Party Index” in the links bar on the left of the subsequent page. Type in: Radcliffe, Richard and examine the records of his duplicity here in Florida. In Florida, criminal records of miscreants are public database accessible, unlike many other states. You’ll see that he is currently serving probation for a Grand Theft felony, which probation was transferred from Florida’s jurisdiction to Minnesota’s.

We recently discovered that the claims that ANSAT Communications Inc. had existed for 12 years is a falsehood, as the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website indicates the corporate filing was in November, 2002, therefore invalidating any claims Mr. Radcliffe made related to “deep defense department” connections over 12 years.

Among his many sins, he created the false impression that his company would provide mortgage financing to no less than 12 different people, the failure of which resulted in all of their hopes and dreams being dashed, and costing them extensive sums of money due to his duplicity in concluding the contracts as he asserted he would.
