Richard’s latest attempt to take down this site!!
Friday, September 29th, 2006Well apparently this site must be doing some good and has foiled some new scams because Richard Radcliffe is pulling at straws and making litigation threats about this site. Unfortunately for him, we both know that he wont go 1000 feet near any courthouse!
The latest attempt to take it down by threatening frivilous civil action is below. …enjoy!

Introduction. Please note under the new Identity Theft and hate crime laws in Minnesota, and in Other area’s around the US including your state that your firm can now be criminally held liable for hosting such information containing personal information not only concerning my self, but of my wife, my children, and other family members with out our permission (especially minors) This includes personal information that is directions to our residence, and other information deemed that these individuals are unauthorized to possess. Please note that because such information may not be there currently or may have been changed since the first letter of cesist and desist was sent to you, that we have copies off all pages from the time the site was constructed including the address’s of all participants involved until today. Several months ago we hired a private investigator to investigate those involved in the site and have been asked by those involved in the investigation to send your firm this final notice.

1. Identity Theft
The fact that this information has now or in the past been discussed, posted, exchanged on the web site listed below or persons connected with the web site. Their (Our family’s) safety and welfare have been severely endangered as a result of this and I hold your firm personally liable for their safety, financial well being, and as part of the identity theft case since no effort has been done on your part to police the use of your hosting services and have allowed such activities to continue for over 7 months or more with out regard to the personal danger or welfare of my family that this site and the miss- information it contains could cause. Or the personal information including the use of my name in the web site domain name that has been shared with an untold number of scrupulous people. We have reason to believe that personal information contained on the site or given out by people involved the site to others may have resulted in the use of our identities for purposes not authorized by me or anyone in our family. If we find this to be true not only will be hold the people responsible for the use of our identities responsible financially and criminally but your firm as well.
