He spent a fair amount of time at my restaurant explaining his new endeavor making a “real life” restaurant show for the Food Channel, and ultimately explaining how I could be part of it (because I was in his hometown, although most of this would be produced in larger restaurants than ours) and participate in the “free” coupon promotion that would go along with being a participant in this show. They would come onsight with a film crew and tape a segment for the show and then if I wanted to be part of the “coupon” program, etc., etc. I cut it short at this point because I could see $$ signs coming into the conversation. He ordered some food at the bar, told the bartender that he had to go next door and get some cash, and we never saw him again, until my bartender saw his picture on Craigslist and sent this to me.

his is the document Richard signed the original is at my attorney’s office.
If anyone from law enforcement wants to view it- arrangements can be made with proper advance notice.
I have deleted the personal references and company name but this is the original word document Richard did sign and that document has the deleted names included. See below:

I Richard J. Radcliffe acknowledge that I have miss-used company money . I used a sum of 10,000 dollars (u.s.)
To put a down payment on a private residence. I also have used money for personal expenses, 5,000 dollars (u.s.)
Was used to buy a personal vechicle. I took money that was supposed to have withholdings taken out and wrote these
amts as salary. I now understand that they cannot be declared as salary as we had no withholdings attached.
My plan is to pay back to [Deleted.] the total amount of money owed. I am going to declare all
Salary money as a dividend until 7/12/01.

I acknowledge that the tally of debt is not done yet and that an addendum to this note will be added with a break out of
My debt to [Deleted.] as of 8:21 a.m. on 7/12/01 is now at 32,072.71 dollars (U.S.).
The checkbook I was using was not kept correctly and is still being tallied and entries corrected.

I understand that I can consult with an attorney before signing this document.

I have chosen to sign this document of acknowledgement, of my own free will. I understand that I am legally,
taking responsibility for actions that result in a personal debt due to [Deleted.].

I the undersigned sign this document that lays out certain admissions and errors on my part in
creating a business partnership.
I promise to
1. Pay back the money owed [Deleted.] this money is not yet totaled as of 7/12/01
but stands at a total of $32,072.71. This amount will be amended to with supporting documents
at a date to be no later than 9/30/01.
2. I will change ALL references regarding [Deleted.]from being U.S. Mail addressed to my Oakdale P.O. box. The only exception to this is the bank statements from (deleted). Until such time as [Deleted.] can get this done I will NOT open any mails addressed to [Deleted.].
3. I understand that no contracts implied or signed by me alone will be obligations of [Deleted.].
I will assume any of these sole signature contracts as my own as of 7/12/01.
4. I will not present myself as sole owner of [Deleted.].
5. I will not cash checks, make deposits,use credit cards or discuss money obligations with anyone without
permission and co-signed by [Deleted.], President & COO of [Deleted.].
6. I will do the tasks asked of me and will record my time regarding these tasks.
7. I will not lie, cheat or steal anything as long as I am representing [Deleted.].
8. I will present [Deleted.]with ALL paperwork regarding this company and all paperwork regarding assets. This includes papers for server at Agility, papers for Out from Under Productions,
Syberlife, Coupon money and all businesses associated with [Deleted.]. by 7/15/20001.
9. I do not have any other companies or income other than the Veterns Administration.I will not pursue any income that is not related to [Deleted.] without permission from [Deleted.]
