Company names that are known to have been used in such activities: EMM&E, C4 Game Club, C4 Life Plus, Nexstep or Nextstep “Entertainment or Communications”, Carriage House, Topaz Group, Inc., ANSAT Communications, Electronic Marketing Management and Entertainment, USA Teleservices inc., SNK Motion Pictures, He claims to have investors and Venture Capital behind him which is a LIE. He claims to have proprietary compression technology which is a LIE. He claims to have teams of engineers and other people behind him in business which is a LIE.

I have been advising all former affiliates to complain to the Federal Trade Commission: 1-877-382-4357, as well as their own State’s Attorney General to bring justice to Mr. Radcliffe and halt his activities before he can victimize more innocent people.This site was placed online to notify the world of a fraud and scam artist, Richard Radcliffe.
